Appointments & Cancellations

To help us serve every client with care and respect, please review our appointment, cancellation, and rescheduling policy below.

Overview

We kindly ask all clients to provide adequate notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule fairly and make time available for other clients in need of care.

  • We expect a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
  • Cancellations made within 8 hours of the scheduled session will incur a 25% session fee.
  • No-shows will incur a 50% session fee.
  • Each booking includes one opportunity to reschedule.
  • If the rescheduled appointment is later cancelled or missed, no refund will be issued and a new session must be booked.

Cancellation Policy

  3. If you do not attend your appointment and do not notify us in advance, it will be considered a no-show.
  4. No-shows are subject to a 50% charge of the session fee.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans can change. For that reason, each client is allowed one opportunity to reschedule an appointment.
