NUVU was established in 2018 with a simple idea: that better health begins with understanding the whole person. 

The name NUVU reflects both a "new you"- inspired by the French word Nouveau- and a ‘new view’ of health, wellbeing and life.

Rather than looking at symptoms in isolation, the NUVU approach considers the many factors that can influence how you feel- from nutrition and lifestyle to stress, sleep, environment and individual health history. This approach is a more personal, thoughtful way to approach wellness-one that looks beyond the surface and considers the whole picture.
