We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work at NUVU.
Overview
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Opened supplements cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and quality reasons. Unopened products may be eligible for return within 7 days if they are in original condition and packaging. Please see the non-returnable list below.
- Return window: 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Proof: a receipt or order number is required.
- Fees: original shipping fees are non-refundable; return courier fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective/incorrect.
Note: International orders may have additional rules due to customs. See “International returns” below.
Start a Return
- Email info@nuvukw.com or WhatsApp +965 5585 2550 within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, item(s), reason, and photos if defective/damaged.
- We’ll confirm eligibility and provide the return instructions.
- Pack securely; include all original packaging, inserts, gifts, samples, and proof of purchase.
- Once received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval and the refund/exchange next steps.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as a return + new purchase to ensure availability and speed. After your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund (or store credit) and you can place a fresh order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used supplements, or products with broken safety seals.
- Items not in original packaging, missing parts, or showing wear/contamination.
- Final sale / clearance items (clearly marked as such at purchase).
- Gift cards and downloadable products.
- Any item returned after the 7-day window without prior approval.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice, where available).
- Processing time depends on your bank/issuer; please allow 5–10 business days after approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error or a defective item).
FAQs
My item arrived damaged—what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund after review.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll try to update the address. If it has shipped, courier re-route or re-delivery fees may apply.
International returns & customs
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duties/taxes incurred. We recommend a tracked service. If customs fees are deducted on return to Kuwait, these may be subtracted from your refund.
Heat-sensitive items
We pack with care, but please refrigerate or store supplements per label instructions on receipt. Heat-exposed items that were stored contrary to instructions may not be eligible for return.
Late or missing refund
If you haven’t received a refund after our approval window, first check with your bank/issuer. Then contact us at info@nuvukw.com and we’ll help.
This policy applies to purchases made on nuvukw.com. NUVU reserves the right to update the policy at any time. The version on this page is the most current.
